Product Introduction:
The modified Gomori network fiber staining principle is to use ammonia silver solution, which is easily adsorbed by the tissue, combined with the protein of the tissue, and reduced to black or brown black metal silver by formaldehyde, which is deposited in the tissue and its surface. In the traditional method, gold chloride is used to adjust the color after reduction, and then sodium thiosulfate solution is used to ish the unreduced silver salt from the tissue. This modified method omits this step, so that the retin fiber contrast is more clear.
The reticular fiber staining solution (modified Gomori silver ammonia method) mainly goes through oxidation, bleaching, mordyeing, silver immersion and reduction steps. It is often used to identify the nature and origin of tumors, carcinoma and sarcoma, lymphosarcoma and reticulocyte sarcoma, hemangioendothelioma and hemangiopericytoma, Ewing's tumor of bone and reticulocyte sarcoma of bone, meningioma and astrocytoma, malignant schwannoma and early invasive carcinoma.
